Jessica and Jesse (better than Jessica!) were delightful to be with. The business is very honest about what you do and do not need and are transparent about the cost (tentative or otherwise) up front. They dont pressure or scare you into spending more than you have to. Its my first time here and came on a whim but they accommodated me as soon as they were able. The whole process took about an hour but that's because my car hasn't been checked for like 4 years. I would absolutely go here again for my next service. Thanks team!

Always great experience here. They are courteous and complete service quickly. When I go in for an oil change, they lmk when I am sure for other services, but I never feel like I'm being over-sold. On my most recent visit, Brea was helpful and nice. Daniel, another employee, finished up with another customer and came over to help Brea finish up with me. I don't think she even asked for help... LOVE the teamwork!

I had a great experience getting my oil changed this morning at Express Oil on N. Main Street in Alpharetta. Logan greeted me right when I pulled up and got everything started immediately, there was literally zero wait time. I was in and out so fast, and the best part was I didn’t even have to get out of my car. They did a full check of my vehicle: lights, brakes, turn signals, dash messages, everything. Jesse even came over to check my cabin air filter. I ended up replacing my wipers too since they had a great 50% off coupon online. What really stood out was when they didn’t have my cabin air filter in stock, Jesse jumped on the phone and had one purchased for me in under 10 minutes. That kind of service is rare. Overall, the service was exceptional. No pressure to buy anything, just helpful suggestions and honest recommendations. Lowkey want to gatekeep this spot… but I’ll be nice. Highly recommend.

If something is going on, every person I've ever worked with has taken the time to show, educate, and explain the options for solutions. They also do a wonderful job in teaching me how to prevent future issues and extend the life of my vehicles. I've never had anyone be a pushy salesman or abrasive.
