I cannot say enough great things about this shop. I dropped off my misfiring 2017 F-Pace overnight via the key drop and they were accommodating and communicative first thing the next morning. And they're incredibly friendly to top it off. Their pricing is also great and they don't overcharge you at all. If you want a great experience for your European (or any other) car, take it here.

I had a great experience with this shop for a pre-purchase inspection, especially as an out-of-state buyer. The seller dropped the car off for me, and the shop handled everything smoothly from there. It was really easy to coordinate everything remotely, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. I don't ever leave reviews. I'm amazed with the work that these guys have done. This place is great. I had no issue from the beginning. I didn't compare pricing nor did I care . I needed my car fixed and fixed to perfection. That's exactly what they did. and for that I wanna thank everyone at European Service Center... Job well Done! p.s. I need an oil change soon.

I dropped a freshly detailed Mercedes to Abbas for electrical work. 8 weeks later, Abbas is no longer there and no one has touched my car. YAYY!! Next guy up is Marcus. He assures me everything will be taken care of....HAHAHAHA. 2 weeks later he is gone! 3rd guy claims all is well. Will ready this week. 2 weeks later i show up to a disgustingly filthy car. Inside and out. Pine needles everywhere. Sunroof, Trunk, interior. Major mud and dirt ALL over vehicle. Oh yeah, and 2 other problems arise that were NOT previously there. New guy claims all is good. 3 days later car is dead because negligent tech forgot to put back the Fuse Cover. Now rain has gotten into the fuse box. Lovely. I should bring the car back and make them fix properly, but i CANNOT WAIT ANOTHER 3 MONTHS TO GET MY CAR BACK!!! The WORST customer service i have ever seen. Over $2K and my car is in worse condition than when i brought it in. Do NOT bring any cars here for service. EVER!!!!
