I can not recommend Christian Brothers Automotive enough! I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and the team of Hector(General Mgr) and Alex(Service Advisor) were incredibly honest and professional. They walked me through exactly what needed to be fixed with my oil pan, provided a fair quote upfront, and got my car back to me on the same day. Since the repair would take some time , they provided me with a loaner car. This enabledme to take care of important tasks i had to complete that day. It is so refreshing to find a mechanic i can actually trust. I have interacted with Hector for many years and trust him completely with the service on my cars. He always takes the time to explain the pros and cons of what my car needs. I'm happy that my car is running perfectly. I highly recommend the Christian Brothers Automotive facility at Johns Creek. Jobs always well done, thank you!

Update: I had a conversation with the GM and the Owner. Very impressed! They honored the cost change and apologized. In this day and age people don't generally care about a customer. THAT IS NOT TRUE with Christina Brothers. I'm impressed and will recommend and continue to do business with them. When you call prior and get a price then it is 40% at checkout without an alert that’s bad business. Especially when I confirmed prior to coming twice. No call that the quote would go up inn price to make me aware.

They actually take the time to teach you the fundamentals of your vehicle so you feel empowered, not just out of the loop. They are incredibly trustworthy and never pushy. Before suggesting repairs, they actually asked about my goals, how I use the car, and how long I plan to keep it. So they could help me think through what was actually worth fixing and what wasn't. It’s so refreshing to have a shop act as a consultant rather than a salesperson. Highly recommend! Hector, Tom, and Jason were so knowledgeable and answered all my many questions. Jason is the mechanical guru of all gurus. If I ever had to go to trivia for mechanical questions, I would want him on my team, as that man knows his facts about cars! Super impressed!
View on GoogleI didn't get to the review email they sent to me, so I'm going to leave my review here. I have been going to the dealership for the last 27 years to get my vehicle serviced. Because of the age of my 1999 Explorer, the manufacturer isn't making the parts anymore, and, rightfully so, the dealership can't support me like they used to. The first business that I went to outside of the dealership was Christian Brothers on Jones Bridge Road. Alex was so nice; they kept me informed. It was just as nice as the dealership, and I really feel like they did just as good a job. I suspect that they will see me again, and I hope they see you too.
