The owner and staff at this Christian Brothers location are outstanding. I am welcomed when I arrive. They are highly communicative regarding my vehicular repairs, diagnostics, and repair timelines. I also enjoy getting a ride from Mike the owner when I have to leave my car for the day. No one enjoys having to get their car repaired but it is important to have a highly competent team that can get it done asap and get you back on the road. Check them out if you can.

I coordinated a pre purchase in section with Josh. He assisted me and got me the information that I needed! I am from out of town but he remembered our conversations and provided above and beyond assistance. I would feel very confident leaving my car in their hands for any problem. I went to Christian Brothers May 6th because my brake pad literally fell out. Been having a rough year, I have been living in a hotel with my dog and driving uber until I get another job (interviews happening) . Started my day with a lot of uncertainty and had prayed (God I need to see something from you today, idk what I am going to do) everything was going ok and then my front end locked up on my jeep. Not what I meant when I was asking for help from the lord haha. Thankfully I was able to get it moving and I looked up repair shops near me on my phone. Christian Brothers in Alpharetta was only 3 mins away, so I went. They were amazing , thank you so Much to Jon my mechanic for doing what he did to get me going!! Ryan my service writer was awesome and quick to understand what was going on. He did everything he could to help me above and beyond any other repair shop I had ever seen. Christian Brothers as a whole saved me yesterday!! While I give the glory to God for guiding hearts and hands, I am more than grateful for what you all did. I brought my vehicle to Christian Brothers for what should have been a straightforward oil pump valve replacement, something they claim to handle regularly. The repair cost me over $2,500, and ever since getting my car back, it’s been nothing but problems. Immediately after the repair, the engine started running noticeably louder than before. Not long after that, I began experiencing overheating issues something I have NEVER dealt with prior to their work. Concerned, I had no choice but to take my car to Mercedes for a second opinion, and now I’m facing another repair bill of nearly $3,000 on top of what I already paid. I also had to go back the following day the repair was completed because every time the car was turned on, there was a loud clunking noise coming from the engine. I was told one of the bolts was not tightened. That’s lovely. At this point, it’s hard not to question their competence with this type of vehicle. If they’re not experienced working on German cars, they should be upfront about it and decline jobs that are beyond their expertise. What was supposed to be a routine $3,000 repair has now turned into a $6,000 nightmare. I would strongly caution others with European vehicles to think twice before trusting Christian Brothers with major repairs.
