From routine maintenance to major repairs, he has handled it all — and even diagnosed problems that others couldn't figure out. What makes him truly stand out is that he remembers the details of your car from past visits and takes his time to get things done right the first time. He treats every car like it's his own, which is something you just don't come across often. He only tells you what actually needs to be fixed, never padding the bill with unnecessary work. On top of that, my car is always ready when he says it will be — no surprises, no excuses. While he specializes in Hondas, he works on pretty much any car. That kind of honesty, skill, and dedication is hard to find. If you want someone you can genuinely trust, Fisher is your guy. Highly recommend!

I had a recall on my 2018 Honda CR-V for the fuel pump, had that taken care of and went ahead and had the oil changed as well (had a coupon). I dropped off my car and took the shuttle back to my house since I live within the 5 mile radius. Only took a few hours for my car to be done and texted me that it was ready and called to have the shuttle come pick up and take me back to the dealership. It was super convenient.

This was my second time bringing my car here. I accidentally scheduled service at their other Alpharetta location once, and the difference in how I was treated was immediate. It didn’t sit right with me, so I canceled the appointment and came straight back here. The level of professionalism, care, and customer service makes all the difference. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll be sticking with them from now on.
View on GoogleCindy and team did a great job for my Car’s flat tire. scheduled an appointment last night and they were able to accommodate me for an appointment early in the morning and patched my car's tire (without upselling a new tire) and didn't charge for it. they made sure to arrange for a ride to home and back to service center while the car is in service. they were very prompt in their response and gave importance to customer satisfaction. would recommend this place.
View on GoogleI recommend avoiding this location if you don’t want to be taken advantage of. I called in the morning to confirm the oil change price for my Honda, and they told me $69.95. I also had a coupon they sent just a few days ago for $15 off. When I arrived, I confirmed both details again, and they said everything was correct. While my car was there, they tried to upsell over $1,200 in additional services, which I declined. At checkout, they raised the base and labor prices so that—even after applying the $15 discount—the total was still over $70. When I refused to accept the unexpected price increase, they added a card processing fee on top ($2). I was told that all customers who pay with any type of card must pay extra, and only cash or checks avoid the fee. These are major red flags. Please be careful and don’t fall into the same trap.
