Had an excellent experience with Brett at Butler Tires & Wheels. I had come in to ask some questions and tell him what my wife was interested in for her new suv and he was able to give me several options and an excellent price and quote for a new set of tires & wheels. Very, very pleased! We will definitely be returning.

View on GoogleI recently changed tire/alignment shop because my vehicles/wheels were getting trashed. I visited Alpharetta location by recommendation from other car enthusiasts. Had two of my vehicles aligned and a set of tires mounted. They were able to accommodate my busy schedule and got me in and out quickly, with and without appointments. Prices were very competitive, and best of all, all the staffs were very respectful to me and to my vehicles. I no longer have to worry about techs inducing damages to my vehicles, and finally found a shop that I can trust. With that being said, I also highly recommend this shop. They certainly have earned my respect and future businesses.
View on GoogleUpdated Review 11/29/2025: I came back to Butler Tires & Wheels after they did a great job on my Tacoma, and once again Courtney and his team took great care of me. After upgrading to a Tundra, my wife wouldn’t drive it until I swapped out the stock wheels and tires, so I went straight back to Courtney. He set me up with Arena Mission wheels and Toyo Open Country AT III tires. Now I get to share the truck with my wife because it looks so much better. The whole process was easy from start to finish. Their communication and service are always reliable. Highly recommended. My last review: One year ago- "Courtney at Butler Tire provided great communication and was able to upgrade my truck with some fantastic rims and tires. There service is incredible. I will certainly recommend them to anyone."
View on GoogleI must say customer service is EVERYTHING! On October 15th, I decided to drive 30 minutes to this location, but the service was good and fast during my first visit. I arrived at 1120 hours and discovered they no longer take tap to pay as a payment method. Around 1130 hours, they pulled my vehicle to the bay. At approximately 1341 hours, my vehicle wasn't complete. I was only getting a High-speed balance for the two front wheels. I witnessed the technician sit inside his gold-colored Infinity sedan for 10 minutes. He exits the car, enters the garage, and doesn't touch my tires for an additional 10 minutes. I will not be returning to this location. Lastly, the tech spent a lot of time putting tire shine on the tires when my truck was dirty. I thank him for the nice gesture, but I've already waited too long. At approximately 1400 hours, I'm leaving this doesn't make any sense.
