From the front desk with AJ service with a smile and on point! Josh the manager and the technicians in the garage very capable of handling the big complex jobs to the small jobs. I could not believe how clean the garage was with all the business they do!! Being ex military I my standards are high when it comes to being squared away and that place is strack!! Good job team!! The final report was very detailed with explanation, photos and even videos! I now own a great Z4 and Bavarian is my go to repair shop.

These guys are very diligent, meticulous and very knowledgable. They make commitments and follow through at better quality than any dealership - when my car comes off the warranty I take it to Bavarian Motor Works and they have never disappointed. If you need assistance with a BMW or Mercedes issue go here first you will not be disappointed and you will get inestimable value for your dollar. A great culture !
