Berney's Tire & Auto

I've been using Berney's for years. They take such great care of our cars-oil changes, tires, brakes and whatever else is needed. And the staff at both locations are so pleasant and helpful. I really appreciate the quality of service at Berney's.

Prices have increased significantly since my last visit, as I was charged $285.00 to have a set of tires installed. More concerning, after I picked up my vehicle, each tire had a different air pressure reading 72 PSI, 55 PSI, 41 PSI, and 41 PSI. This level of inconsistency is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality of service and attention to detail. It is difficult to understand how this could occur, as proper tire inflation is a basic part of installation. Due to this issue, I had to drive to the nearest tire shop to have the tire pressures corrected. I also made several attempts to contact the store to inform them I would be returning, but I was unable to reach anyone.

I have been a Berney's customer for 20+ years and for me that says it all. If the customer service and vehicle service wasn't meeting my standards, I would've been gone a long time ago. Ms. Londa always welcome me in with a smile, conversation and updates about my requested service. They are real good about getting you in and out in a timely manner, while giving your vehicle the detailed care that you brought it in for. As always, another satisfied tire service visit!!

We were driving home from Mexico Beach to Athens, and had a sudden tire issue. When asking some of the local people about a tire place they trusted, this was the unanimous opinion. And boy were they right! I was treated with such kindness and respect, that I felt like their family. I am grateful and would recommend Berney’s to anyone!

It felt very welcoming, the services was nice. The front desk treated me with care. That is very important to me when spending my hard earned cash. The truck was returned to me with the same care i brought it in. I will be using Berney’s Tire company again.
