I am extremely disappointed in the way my husband and I were treated during our recent visit. We felt spoken to and treated in a very disrespectful manner, as if we did not matter as customers. My SUV is in need of a new engine. Ben informed us that they were not interested in repairing my vehicle and stated that they only work on pickup trucks. When I asked about the cost of a new or used engine, he responded with “about $10,000” in a way that felt dismissive and assumptive, as though we could not afford the repair. Additionally, I do not believe my vehicle was properly inspected. It remained in the exact condition and position that the tow truck left it in, which strongly suggests that a thorough diagnostic was not performed. Despite this, I was still expected to pay $145. It is unacceptable to charge a customer for an inspection that does not appear to have been fully completed, especially after refusing to service the vehicle. This experience was very different from my previous visit when Mr. Russell assisted us. He was professional, kind, and welcoming, which is why I chose to return to your company. Unfortunately, this recent interaction made us feel as though our business was not valued or wanted. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to your company.

I brought my car in for brake service at 7:30 am they called to tell me it would be ready by 10:30 am. My car was fixed and I'm back on the road. Great price. Very good service.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car or truck. Numerous instances where he could have convinced me to have work done that wasn’t needed, a truly honest mechanic. Ordered me a rebuild ABS module on my truck, saving me at least $500 over a new one. If you are like me and like to keep older vehicles rolling, this is the place.

I had taken my vehicle to them 2 months ago in reference to a mis coming out of the exhaust,and I only took it because someone told me how great Mr Russell was with cars,he rushed me to come pick it up saying he needed the space in which my car was(outside in the holding pin with 3 other cars and had room for 10 more cars the moral of the story is I paid $989 and my vehicle runs the exact same the only difference is omw home it cut off 3 times(I WILL NEVER!)
