If you value your safety and your money, do yourself a favor and drive right past Zupreme. I came here on a referral to get a set of used tires for my teenage son's truck. Knowing nothing about tires, I trusted a "professional" to keep my kid safe on the road. That was my first mistake. The owner, Sergio, swore the tires were in great condition. Even when we spotted a nail, he insisted a quick patch would fix it. Unsurprisingly, we woke up the next morning to a flat. When my oldest son came to change it, he immediately realized the entire set was severely dry-rotted and completely unsafe to drive on. When my son took them back, Sergio not only handled it poorly, he proudly admitted to his own negligence. He was incredibly rude and openly stated that he doesn’t even bother to inspect the tires he sells. Apparently he buys them for $25 a tire and flips them to clueless customers like me for $100 each! To top off this masterclass in terrible ethics, he refused a full refund. He kept $57.32 of my $457.32 as a "scrapping fee." Sergio runs this place with the integrity of a literal junkyard shark. If you want to pay a premium to have a salesman proudly tell you he doesn’t care about your safety, this is the spot for you. Otherwise, stay far, far away.

I called in asking for my fenders to be rolled and they said it could be done, said i could come in at 9 am and my service didn’t start until 10. They finally started working on the fenders and i came outside to them hammering in my fenders! they didnt even use a roller or heat to make the paint more malleable and my paint completely chipped, its a luxury car and they did a terrible job. They also dragged their hands and tools all around my vehicle and caused many scratches and dirt that burned into the wrap it and left it unable to remove. If I could give 0 stars i would.

My brother drove the truck home and within a few hours it was completely flat. I came to remove the tire at the house and upon further inspection all four were dry rotted. Took them back to him to get a refund and he would only agree to refund $400 due to a “scrapping fee” of the old tires that he will most likely sell to another unsuspecting family. DO NOT GO HERE.

I got a set of used tires from here thinking they would good and I saw the nail in the tire and I told him multiple times to patch it he said “Okay, okay patch” and then the next day I woke up and the back right tire was completely flat. Not to mention ALL 4 OF THE TIRES WERE DRY ROTTED which I did not see but also being a good business man you should mention that to someone. He also stated that mostly ALL of his used tires were dry rotted out SO GUYS STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!
