I dropped off my Z71 because the transmission had failed He installed the new transmission. It worked great for several months then it failed again He was super nice. Picked the truck up. Rebuilt the transmission. I had to call multiple times for updates but he got it done Transmission felt again. Not much longer after the second time. He picked the truck up. Had it for over a month. Finally got to it. It was leaking fluid the day I got it back. Called for multiple times to get it fixed He finally told me that was no longer warranty. He did all this as a favor and I could do it myself. So much for customer service and warranty work.

Bill is great!! I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler that the transmission kept running hot on. Took it to the dealership and right off the bat they said I needed a new transmission. Took it to a large national company for a second opinion. They said it didn’t need one. They replace a sensor and did a drain and fill of the fluid. Still running hot, they could not figure it out. Read reviews on Acworth Transmission. Called and talk to Bill he convinced me to let him look at it. Took over and dropped it off. He called me in a few days and said it was fixed. He flushed the transmission cooler that was clogged. Now it’s running at a cool 148 degrees, not the 230 that it was. Thanks a bunch Bill.

My 2014 jeep has been acting up for 6 months. Went to 2 mechanics (Mulkys Small Town Repair in Fairmont and BLUESKY TIRE AND AUTO SERVICE in cumming) stated that the problem was my transmission. We where referred to acworth transmission & repair by a family friend. Long story short, my long time tire shop put the wrong size tires on the back. Causing the traction controle to try to fix the mixed match rotations of the tires. Since the discovery and new tires, my jeep has been back to its old self again. No problems so far. Thank you, acworth transmission & repair. You saved us from potentially replacing a $5,00-7,000 on a good transmission.

had transmission rebuilt.installed unit.found it shifted real hard.took back.they said i had other issues with truck.picked up.re checked .found they didn't plug in lockup pressure sol.also lost fuse box cover.Would not recomend this place no customer service
