Service Center - Day's Chevrolet

Tim assisted me with my Chevy Equinox EV’s 7,500-mile service, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. I waited on-site while the service was completed, and everything moved along efficiently. I recently had the opportunity to interact with 3 different areas within the service department within a span of a few weeks. I had reasons to need assistance within General Service, Quick Oil Change & Parts departments. In the general service area, I work with Rob Sanders the majority of the time. He is always knowledgeable, attentive, easy to interact with & if he says he'll follow up, he does it. The team in the Quick Oil Change area, lead by the manager Quincy has always been very helpful & efficient. GM sends coupons & promotions throughout the year. Unfortunately, the promotions pertaining to oil changes didn't apply to my vehicle & therefore were useless. However, they finally started sending the correct promotions shortly AFTER my last oil change. Quincy indicated to retain the flyer even if would technically expire prior to my next oil change. After my recent oil change, he was able to honor the promotional price!! This was amazing & extremely helpful!! Especially given that the holiday season is approaching quickly & every penny counts!! As a side note, my car is highly specialized & I only drive it approximately 5-7 thousand miles per year. Therfore, it only needs an oil change about once a year. Due to it's specialized nature, it also requires specialized oil which in turn makes it expensive (several hundred dollars expensive 🫣), so any savings is a welcome bonus! Next up was the parts department. My front end splitter got damaged & therfore needed to be replaced. I wasn't sure if it was going to require replacing the entire front end body kit or if I could just get the piece I needed. Thankfully it was the latter! Luke assisted me in locating & ordering what I needed along with showing how it attached. He was very patient & knowledgeable. On a side note, the service manager Brandon, saw & remembered me from the time I purchased my car back in 2021. Very impressive! This is my 2nd car I've purchased from Day's since 2018. Thanks to the entire service team for always helping me to keep my car in tip top shape!

Quincy and the team in the quick lube are always so great to work with. His team gets the job done and is very responsive and takes the time to answer any questions or look into anything that you have questions about. I trust him and his team to get the job done right the first time, and to offer honest advise on what my trucks do and do not need.

Absolutely terrible experience at Days Chevrolet. I made a service appointment, showed up on time, and was told they’re “overbooked” because it’s the weekend. So apparently appointments here mean absolutely nothing. Instead of honoring what they scheduled, they just shrugged it off and told me to come back on Monday or Tuesday like it’s no big deal. No real apology, no attempt to make it right—just a complete waste of my time. Honestly, how are customers supposed to trust a place that can’t even manage its own appointments? If they can’t handle something as basic as scheduling, it really makes you wonder what else they cut corners on. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone else trust them with their vehicle.

I had a very disappointing experience with Day's Chevrolet during a recent service visit. I scheduled an appointment for 11:30 am on Saturday, April 25th for my 2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV. When I arrived on time, I was told the service center was overbooked and they couldn’t accommodate me. Instead of honoring the appointment, I was simply told to come back another day. What made the situation worse was being asked whether I had purchased my vehicle at their dealership, which felt irrelevant and dismissive given that I had a confirmed appointment. This experience showed a lack of organization and professionalism. Turning away customers who have scheduled in advance is unacceptable and shows little respect for their time. Overall, I’m very dissatisfied with the service—or lack thereof—and expected much better from a GM-certified service center.
