Absolutely PHENOMENAL! They were significantly less expensive for the exact same tires (I got quotes from several other tire shops). It was MY fault that I had them.order the wrong size tires for my truck. The solution? They made a trip, on my behalf, and picked up the right size immediately upon recognizing MY mistake. Then, when we discussed the price difference, it was an additional $100 LESS than their original quote.They also replaced my TPMS sensor for $300 LESS than I was quoted by the dealership. So, timeframe?? Less than 3 hours from my arrival. I messed up and them order the wrong size, upon realizing it, they made a special trip to get the right size IMMEDIATELY, they allowed me the opportunity to walk into the bay and look at my truck while it was on the lift so I could check my brake pads and make sure they didnt need to be replaced. They are transparent. They do not hide your vehicle from you while they're working on it, which is HUGE for customer service and satisfaction! They do not try and upsale you in any capacity. The only negative thing I can say is I didnt find them sooner! I have been raked over the coals over the past 10 years by other tire shops. This was the first time I have had an over the top, nothing but positive experience. The employees are friendly, extremely respectful of your time, money, and peace of mind. I could go on, but I will end here. PLEASE give them your business because I PROMISE you will be blown away! I am now officially a life-long customer and will recommend them to anyone, anytime I have the opportunity. Thank you SO.MUCH Jones tire, you truly renewed my faith in customer service and vehicle maintenance facilities. My experience was nothing short of exceptional. And I will not forget that!

Needed brakes for my car and called 8 different shops, asking for a quote for rotors and pads all around. Their quote was $300 less than the next cheapest quote, and half the price of a couple others. This legacy shop did the job quickly and fairly, noting that I only needed pads all around and rotors on the front only, saving me more than $200 from even the quote they gave me. Professional service. Really nice staff. Great price. Quality and fast service. What’s not to like? 10 Stars if I could.

What a GREAT first experience. I was recommended Jones Tire Shop by a co worker and I am so glad I took his advice and gave them a call. Called them on Monday with my tire information and by Tuesday morning the tires were in. Everyone was very friendly and made the process so much easier than any other place I have been to. They turned a very stressful around and I left with a smile on my face. VERY GOOD PRICES. Good, honest folk at Jones Tire Shop. Thank you Brennon for all your help. I am almost emotional right now after what they did to get me right today. I got absolutely shafted by another tire shop, and these guys went above and beyond to fix me up. Seriously... These guys are phenomenal! I actually own a small tire shop back home. Unfortunately I was traveling and had an issue. We stopped by and they had us fixed in 20 mins or less and for a very reasonable price. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.
