EJ TIRE SERVICE

I had a bulge in my tire Saturday afternoon and this place was my saving grace. I live in Cartersville, and after calling around to all the small and franchise shops, nobody could help. They were either closing for the weekend, didn't have my tired size, left me on hold and never returned to the phone, or could only order my tired and receive it 3 days later. I called EJ Tire Services early Sunday morning and a friendly gentleman (EJ) immediately answered, I told him my tire size and he immediately he already knew that they had it. He was so competent, friendly and efficient, I thought to myself, this HAS to be a scam. I went to the storefront anyways (haha) and he immediately had my tired size fixed! I was in and out. It was a cold day, so I sat inside the store, which was very clean and quiet, and they had a cozy heater going in the waiting area! I genuinely appreciate the efficiency of this business, the fact they are open on Sundays (because emergencies doesn't wait for business hours), affordable pricing, and straightforwardness. This is absolutely become my new car service place. If they can do it, I'm going here! 2/20/2026 returned (walk in, without an appointment) for 3 new tires and alignment, because my tires were worn down. EJ's is still the best!

I had a great experience at Tire & Auto for a tire replacement service. The team was professional, efficient, and very straightforward about the work that needed to be done. They helped me choose the right tires and completed the installation quickly. The service was honest, the price was fair, and the vehicle was ready faster than expected. Everything was done properly and the car drives much smoother now. If you need new tires or general auto service, this is a reliable place with knowledgeable staff and solid customer service. Highly recommended.

I drove more than an hour from my area in Lilburn to pick up some tires I saw on Facebook Marketplace. The rear tires on my Tesla Model Y were way too expensive, around $500 per tire, so this would be the first time I tried out the used tire route. Upon arriving, Erick helped me out immediately, understood my situation, and got me into one of their bays right away. I was hoping to just pick up the tires and leave so I can have them installed elsewhere, but he was able to get me right in so I agreed and had them work on my car. They got me out in an unbelievable 20 minutes and payment was seamless. I am happy to report that my first time purchasing used tires and having EJ Tire Services working on my car has been more than a satisfactory experience, and I am inclined to make an hour drive just have this shop work on my car in the future.

Amazing service. No other way to put it. My first time being there i was immediately welcomed and taken care of. I quite literally will make sure to go to EJ’s more than any place. Took care of my 53 like it was his own.

Bought set of brand new wheels and tires 3 months ago Couple days ago one of my tires blew up when I ran over something on the road (has nothing to do with them).When I brought it back to buy a new tire and replace it. But when they took the bad tire out I found out that the tire on the wheel I bought had a patch but they told me it was brand new and never used when they sold it to me back then. Need to check other ones as well for the patches. They do a good job installing and balancing but I hate when people lie to me.
