Christian Brothers Automotive did a great job helping me with my Corvette C8. I run a luxury car rental company, so quick turnaround, professionalism, and attention to detail are extremely important when one of our vehicles needs service. I came in with a flat tire issue, and their team was able to get it handled quickly. While I was there, they also squeezed in an oil change, which saved me a lot of time and helped get the vehicle back on the road fast. The staff was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I really appreciated how quickly they took care of everything without making the process stressful. First of all, I will say I have brought many cars here and what I found was honesty and transparency. I never felt uneasy about what was provided until this last visit. Took my car in for brakes and to replace oil cover. It is an old commuter car. What has gotten me shaken is one suggestion and I have to serious think if I can trust. I was told the oil level was very low. Said extremely low. I had just had oil changed 1000 miles before. Was offered an oil change and diagnostic which was about 240. I declined because it seamed strange. No oil puddles and not burning oil. Took car back to take 5 and asked them to top off and told them it was reported the oil was low. They showed me the dipstick and it was well within the good area. They topped it off with a 1/4 of court of oil which is free if within 3000 miles. So what was extremely low and why did I get recommended an oil change for 60 dollars and dye for 180? I will give a second chance but will definitely be questioning now.

This was my first time going to Christian Brothers and I was extremely pleased. I came to the shop with an intermittent engine issue and the check engine light wasn't on, making it hard to diagnose. However, the technicians were able to identify the issue relatively quickly and fix the problem... my truck is now running great! Additonally, the customer service was awesome. The staff was super friendly and very thorough/transparent in explaining the issues and cost. Their use of technology and frequency of communication on the status of my vehicle set them apart from any auto repair shop I've ever been to. Christian Brothers has earned my trust and loyalty... my new GO TO place for automotive care. I highly recommend these guys!

We recently changed over to Christian Brothers Acworth and they made us customers for life. We have 2 older Jeeps that we wanted to bring up to date. They went through everything with care and detail, then produced a report of issues. It was quite a bit, and we worked together to tackle each job and checked them off as we went. Excellent communication. Staff and mechanics are awesome. The work areas are immaculate which is a reflection of how they care for your car. Pricing is very much in line. Great people and great service!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Took my car to the ford dealership 3 times. They never found the issue and kept charging for “fixes” that never fixed anything. Took weeks to give the car back with the same issue I took it in with. On the first attempt, Christian Brothers was able to successfully find and diagnose the issue. One day turnaround was amazing. Definitely would recommend this location.
