Tyler and his crew are awesome. He fixed an issue with my transfer case that was caused by the other transaction shop in Acworth that they would not warranty. They fixed my issue, installed a new control module and shift motor. They got my truck back in a timely manner at a great price. I was very happy.

View on GoogleI found myself in quite a dilemma last week driving down from Jasper to Woodstock. As I arrived to Woodstock, I noticed a trail of fluid leaking from my car. I called Kennesaw Tire from a recommendation but they warned me they would be a bad fit if in fact the repair required had to do with my transmission. I spoke to Tyler and he said he would have more insight in the morning and I could expect a call. Fortunately it was NOT my transmission and was the water pump, more importantly they could repair it. Tyler gave me an estimate on the time needed to finish and kept his word on the return time. They saved me another day of car rental. I would definitely bring my car back to Tyler and his guys. Good honest dealings with clear communication 👌 is what you look for with mechanics and an auto repair shop.
View on GoogleHello again and Happy blessed New Year 2023 peoples! I started the year with having to bring my baby I call Beautiful back to the mechanic shop. It wasn't because other one didn't do a great job ~ they did. But my check engine light came on and the code was for a transmission issue. Thus the shop: Castle Transmission was referred by the other shop (who also did a great job with what I needed at that time)! That goes to say a lot! And so I would give this mechanic shop/business 10 stars if I could! Tyler was beyond fair in his price, but also noble! His work had my vehicle running smoother as he replaced the torque converter and then my transmission; and his etiquette, phenomenal! I recommend you bring your vehicle here if you have transmission problems. Transmission issues sounded scary to me, but not after Tyler educated me and handled it! I am so blessed to have been referred to him. This business is a blessing and my Beautiful is now pleasing me more! Safety is always my 1st goal when I'm on the road, especially in GA! Getting to my destinations is second! :D

He diagnosed the problem suggested a game plan and we proceeded. A day and 1/2 later it was fully repaired for the exact amount he had said no delays or excuses. I’m happy to say I found a great mechanic that I will definitely use in the future. Thanks for taking care of my car!!
