I first called because I was referred by a friend to have my car’s computer checked. The shop was about 30 minutes away, and they told me it was fine and that they would be able to take care of me when I arrived. As soon as I got there, they told me it would take about 20 minutes. Those 20 minutes turned into an hour. When I went to speak with the person in charge, I explained that I had my baby at home with a babysitter and that I simply needed a realistic time frame so I could organize my day. I never pressured them or rushed their work, because I understood they were busy. They then told me it would be another 10 minutes. Those 10 minutes turned into another 30 minutes. When the diagnostic computer finally arrived, instead of using it on my car, they put it in another vehicle and left. In the end, I lost two hours of my day. They could have easily told me to come back in two hours, or at least given me an honest update so I could plan my day properly. Instead, it went from 20 minutes, to 10 more minutes, to 15 more minutes, until two hours were gone.

They also offer a warranty, which I really liked. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and they do not give prices without first verifying what the issue is.
View on GoogleCalled them last minute on a Saturday evening, right before they closed. They were nice enough to see us, worked late to diagnosis my son's car, go buy the needed part and fix it on the same day so he could have his car for school on Monday. Truly amazing business
