Auto Body and Collision Solutions

Thank you to Shannon, Kara, and the techs at Autobody and Collision Solutions in Acworth for doing such an excellent job replacing my front bumper cover. They showed me the old parts, explained what was involved in the repair, delivered on schedule, and even spent several extra hours buffing out some highway overspray on the hood - all for a competitive price. Now the car looks and drives like new despite its 59,000 miles, and I do still love it. :-)

Just wanted to relate my great experience and offer my highest recommendation to this shop, it's owner and it's employees. My classic car was recently involved in an accident and I did not know of a high quality shop that could repair a 31 year old vehicle with an engine swap as well as many other after market additions that made this vehicle unique. Fortunately this shop was recommended to me by a person who had done other work on my car. I read their reviews, spoke to the owner and he really put my mind at ease. From the start Shannon assured me that he and his crew could get my car back to what it was before the accident. And wow, did they really deliver. Everyone knows that dealing with insurance companies can really be a hassle, especially when they haver no idea of the rarity of a particular vehicle and the additional labor costs it takes when you are dealing with many aftermarket items that have been added to my car. Shannon was instrumental in dealing with them and the additional labor costs involved in the supplemental estimate he submitted. I was able to be completely reimbursed for the entire cost of the repair even though originally the insurance companies estimate was several thousand dollars too low. Bottom line, whether your vehicle is a newer model or more of a classic hobby and show car, if you need body or paint work, Shannon and his crew are awesome. If I need any body or paint work done in the future to any of my vehicles, Auto Body and Collision Solutions is where I'll go. I'll post a couple of before the repair and after, judge for yourself. If we could give more than 5 starts we would! Our car was involved in a collision and the outstanding repair work done by Auto Body and Collision Solutions was unmatched to any body shop we have used in the past! The entire staff was kind, courteous and very professional. The turn around for our car completed in a timely manner! Highly, highly recommend!!

What more can I really say than easily the best body shop I've dealt with? I was nothing short of extremely impressed by the work I received. My car is in better shape now than it was before my car was hit. Admittedly, my damage was to the door on a relatively "new" car. Not a particularly complicated fix, but the attention to detail in not just fixing the door, but also addressing preexisting adjacent damage was simply top notch. Other shops quoted me similar prices for beating out and repainting the door (something I wasn't so keen on), and I'm not confident they would have addressed the other damage like Shannon did here. Somehow I got a new door, blended, and preexisting damage fixed for only around 100 dollars more the inferior fixes other shops were offering me. They even polished out my faded headlight. Minor, to be certain, but incredibly thoughtful. I have nothing but pleasant things to say about the owner and the staff. Not only do I recommend you take your vehicle here if you need it, this is the only body shop I would recommend people go to in the area. If you care about your car, take it here. It will get taken care of.
