Absolutely amazing...that's all I can say. Norzi & his team are very, very good. I have been looking for a new local mechanic for about a year and came across Precision Auto Clinic via a Google search. I could not believe the 5 star reviews and comments. Well, I'm glad I listened to the reviews. When I called to make an appointment Norzi asked if I could bring the car in for full car inspection. When I brought the car, Norzi did a test drive with me in the car explain the conditions I was hearing about the car. He pointed out what was believed to be the issue. He then asked if I had a few extra minutes because he was to do a full inspection. I agreed and shared what areas needed to be addressed and the costs. I brought the car back a couple days later and Norzi & his team worked on the vehicle for 2 days. There was a long list of items. The attached photos just some of the work that was done. But do you know what the best thing that was done. As the work was being done on the car, Norzi was texting me pictures of the work. He shared pictures of the oil change, old parts removed, the new parts installed. When I returned to pick up the car, I learned that the car had been detailed and the rugs cleaned. The following day, Norzi called to check on how things were going with everything. I've NEVER had a mechanic care so much about their work. If you're looking for a mechanic, this is the place to bring your vehicle!
