Neil, Captain Dave Hook, & Josh (Store Manager) are the absolute best! Great bike selection and repair (replaced the tubes on my THULE urban glide). If you don’t have a bike, they also rent them at extremely fair hourly prices.
View on GoogleI have made purchases and received service from this shop several times since 2017. The level of service has been consistently excellent and prices are very fair. This weekend I brought my bike in and they could have easily convinced me I needed a full tune up and more. Instead, they pinpointed an issue with my gears and cables and I walked out with what feels like a brand new bike for a fraction of what I expected to spend. Well done as expected.

My wife and I were cycling through town on the trail and I had a nagging feeling that my brake rotors were rubbing. Stopped in and mentioned it and before I knew it they had my bike up on a stand looking at it. They made a few adjustments, tested it, and handed it back to me before I could finish looking at the superb new models they had. We bought a couple of shirts and headed to lunch with a new favorite out-of-town bike shop. Make it yours too.

My and my Daughter’s bikes had been sitting outside for over a year, getting rained on and completely weather-worn, and he brought it back to life beautifully. He even picked it up from my house and dropped it back off after the service, which was such a huge help with my crazy insane work schedule. The care, attention, and pride he puts into his work really shows. Communication was on point, not too overbearing, and he updated me with the details that I needed to know. Since I’m only “give me only the facts type of girl”. I’m so grateful I found this business on Google and I’ll always go back to them if I ever need another bike or service the ones I already have! Five stars all the way! Huge Thanks!

Josh deserves a medal for how much he’s helped me get my tri bike fitted, fixed it up when I’ve crashed, and just overall dealt with me over the past 6 months 😂 They’ve fixed so many things, given me great guidance, and they always just know what they’re doing. I love this place
