Called to inquire about an oil change / tire rotate. They acted like I was an inconvenience, all I got when I called was "Hello?....". No introduction, nothing. I asked if this was A&R, only response was "Yeah, what do you want?" in an abrasive, aggressive tone as if he was trying to scare away business. Based on this interaction I would stay clear of this shop.

View on GoogleIt’s the only shop and person I will allow to work on my cars. Ronald has done work on my 98 Toyota Aristo 2jzgte, my ‘17 Honda Pilot timing and my ‘17 Honda Accord. Great work every time. Highly recommend. Fair pricing and honest work, which is incredibly hard to find in a mechanic.

He will always do what is your best interest but recommend what he thinks is the best option. Overall the choice is yours but I always go with what he thinks is best. Check him out, you will not regret it!
