Windermere Collision Center (WCC) was highly recommended by friends in the Central Florida Audi community as well as my preferred dealership, Audi North Orlando. So, when it came time to do custom paint work on our 2017 Audi R8 V10+, WCC was at the top of a very short list of both reputable and highly capable auto body specialists in the Central Florida area. Choosing the right shop to handle this special project was paramount as it involved a collaboration with a sponsor. This project involved custom paint work on a carbon fiber hood, repaint/replace a damaged trim panel and install an assortment of carbon fiber components on a 1 of 1 Audi Exclusive Voodoo Blue Audi R8. This project required nothing short of perfection. From delivery receipt and handling of all components all the way to final delivery, our experience at WCC was phenomenal. We knew we had chosen the right shop from the moment we stepped foot inside their very impressive compound. We were welcomed by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The shop tour we received from Caleb was incredible and truly showcased their state-of-the-art facility. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. They handled delays and unforeseen issues with professionalism and expertise. We received updates periodically and were even allowed to chronicle the entire project from start to finish for social media and sponsor exposure. Their ability to adapt and facilitate custom paint design requests was truly impressive. Revealing the final product during the holidays felt like unwrapping a very special Christmas present. We were made to feel special during this truly memorable project for our dream car and for this, we cannot thank WCC enough. Was more than pleased with the work that was done on my Acura today. The front desk was very courteous and helpful. The estimate was fair and honest. The communication while they had my car was timely and Professional.The atmosphere was clean and bright even the bathroom was nice and I appreciated the Bath and Bodyworks soap and candle that they had lol. The work on my car exceeded my expectations. My car looked brand new when they were done with it. I have found my new Auto Body shop and I highly recommend to anyone else that is looking for a flawless experience!
