I want to give a HUGE shout out to Brad & Jeff @ Southern Trust Auto Group for making my experience ABSOLUTELY AHMAZING!!!!! I went in to look at a Jeep Wrangler (not thinking I'd be able to get it) & I ended up driving it home! My last Jeep I had driven for almost 20 years & I was in major need of an upgrade. Brad (the salesman) made my experience so comfortable & amazing!!! The finance guy Jeff was absolutely amazing as well!!! I can't thank these two guys enough for making my vehicle purchasing experience so perfect! Thank you guys again for everything & I'm ABSOLUTELY LOVING my (newish 😉) Jeep Wrangler !!! 😎

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership through CarGurus. The listing on the vehicle did not mention any issues. I spoke with salesman Mauricio by phone and asked him point blank if the vehicle had any issues. He told me the only issue with the Jeep were a few rust spots, which would be expected from a Jeep of that age. The Jeep was delivered on Friday, May 8th when I was not at home. The dealership did not let me know when the Jeep was shipped from Winter Garden or when to expect its arrival. Luckily, my father was at my home to sign for the delivery of the vehicle. My father immediately called me and said that the parking brake didn't work (it is a manual transmission Jeep, so the wheels had to be chocked to park the Jeep in my driveway). I immediately contacted the dealership and was given the name and phone number of the owner to contact him. I contacted him and his response was, "What do you expect from a 10-year-old vehicle with high mileage?" My response was that I expected a vehicle with no mechanical issues since the dealership's salesperson had told me there were none. The owner agreed to send me the part for the emergency brake and to pay for the repair ($40 for the part and $100 for labor). The following Monday, I got in the Jeep to drive it to work and the check engine light came on. I contacted the owner again and his response was, "What do you expect from a 10-year-old vehicle with high mileage?" I responded once again that I expected a vehicle with no mechanical issues since that is what his dealership had represented with this Jeep. He agreed to send me the money or the part (based on the code read by O'Reilly's) but did not offer any further funds for the repair. On Saturday, May 16th, I had a mechanic take a look at the Jeep to see exactly what all was wrong with it. The mechanic listed the following issues: (1) emergency brake failure; (2) the passenger rear brake caliper was leaking brake fluid with air in the brake line (this was a safety hazard as I could have lost braking power at any time); (3) rear differential seal leak; (4) missing air filter; (5) contaminated power steering fluid; (6) blown fuse with an improper hard-wire bypass (fire hazard); (7) improper carpentry screws used on battery terminals (fire hazard); (8) excess oil in the engine; (9) unsecured coolant reservoir; (10) dirty oil filter; (11) tire plug in the front passenger tire; (12) cut wire exposed under driver-side bumper; (13) possible cracked coolant reservoir (coolant was leaking from somewhere). I texted this list to the owner and his text response was, "I am not playing games with you, Ryan. If you don't want the Jeep I will come pick it up. You bought a 10-year-old Jeep Wrangler what did you expect? I am not even reading the text. Where is the Jeep?" I immediately called Chris, the owner, and said once again that I expected a Jeep with no mechanical defects and that was not a safety issue for my kids and I to ride in. Chris said that he was sending someone to pick up the Jeep and I told him that it was at my home (the same address where the Jeep had been delivered). I asked Chris for my $2,000 down payment back and he refused. The Jeep was picked up. I sent Chris Niccoli a formal letter requesting by down payment back and received no response. I am a pastor and school teacher and I do not have $2,000 to throw away on a vehicle that I no longer possess.

Everyone would be crazy not to buy a vehicle from them. I’m 36 and have owned a lot of vehicles. This place made it so easy to buy my truck it was unreal. Between Mauricio and Jeff my experience was crazy awesome. I will definitely be back for my kids vehicles for sure. Thanks you guys for your help. If I could give you guys more than five stars I would!!!!!!
