I took my 2025 Honda Pilot and Jay did a phenomenal job with my SUV. The front bumper was pushed in by an elder lady when she was backing up and Jay looked at it and took it into the shop and WOW I was amazed at how he was able to push out the bumper back in it's place and these only took about 20 minutes. Since it was minor damage Jay did not charged me for this repair. His kindness and knowledge impressed me and this says a lot about this shop and it's integrity. I would definitely refer this shop to anyone that I know if they ever need body work on their automobile. I trust that Main Street Collision would always excel on their repairs and the transparency is there which is the reason why I came to this shop to begin with, I drove 50 minutes but it was well worth it. Thank you again Jay for your service.

These guys were honest, professional, and did a fantastic job. Everything went ahead of schedule and I’d definitely use them again. I love the local family business vibe. These guys work hard and it feels good supporting a father/son team. Just because it’s a family business doesn’t mean they are small. They have a well oiled machine and appeared to have a lot of customer cars they were working on. Their communication was top notch, call/texted me updates along the way. East to work with, and FAST! I never waited to talk to someone at the shop. Also, they will let you drop off your enterprise rental car with them so that you don’t have to coordinate dropping off your rental. This was such a nice touch. I’d leave 10 stars if I could!!! Thank you Jay, your service was well beyond my expectations.
