I’ve been a customer here for a little over two years, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. I originally came to them after realizing I was being overcharged at another shop, and I’m so glad I made the switch. Since then, they’ve earned my trust and loyalty with every visit. They are honest, reliable, and efficient, which is hard to find these days. The customer service is top tier, both by the owner and his sister. They are always welcoming, professional, and take the time to explain everything clearly. I never feel pressured or taken advantage of, and I always leave confident that my vehicle is in great condition. If you're looking for a new mechanic, look no further. They are excellent! Highly recommend!

I found this shop online and so happy that I did. I had a water pump and timing chain issue and they were able to give me a great price and service my car. The car was ready the next day and before it was ready to be picked up the Owner Carla assured me that the car technician drives the car around and leaves the car on for a while to make sure the car is running well. Carla the owner was sooo sweet and professional. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and explains the service and when they expect for the car to be ready. DJ the owner brother works in the front area and is super sweet and attentive as well. I love to go to a place that has honest people working on your vehicle. I will definitely come back to this auto shop.

I cannot say enough good things about Ultimate Auto Care. I decided to take my car needs into my own hands because I was tired of being taking advantage of by mechanics. (It is no secrets mechanics take advantage of women.) Their prices are very fair and they are very honest. Karla and DJ treat me like family and have never given me a reason to not believe I am not in the best and most capable hands. I feel like they treat my car as if it was their own vehicle, which means a lot to me. I expressed To them that I want this car to last me as long as I can so they do everything in their power to be transparent with me as far as explaining price and why the car needs what it needs done instead of just handing me a bill. I highly recommend them!

Exceptional service. Because of my type of car, I am very picky about who does repairs. I came across Ultimate on Instagram and saw the the reviews were good so I gave them a try and I am SO glad I did. EXCEPTIONAL customer service from start to finish. My car was back to running like brand new after years of dealing with getting ripped off. DJ was very patient and responsive and never made me feel like a burden when I had a million questions. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each process and then gave me the space to weigh my options. They were accommodating with a nice cool waiting room and rentals for longer repair times. I was also drawn to the fact that this is a black, woman owned establishment that is run with precision and organization with fair, competitive pricing. The process is smooth from start to finish. They've gained a loyal customer in me.
