Made an appointment online to get car diagnosed. Put the issue and marked the option to wait for the vehicle online. Got a call the night before from a woman to confirm my appointment. Drove 40 minutes the next morning for them to tell me I have to leave the car 3 days to be seen. Not fixed, just to look at it. No one could help today. Why give me the option to make an appointment as a waiter if you can't honor it. Why wouldn't you say anything on the confirmation call after reviewing the appointment. Wasted time, gas, switch and cancel other obligations for nothing! Conduct business better Arrigo

SAFETY HAZARD: DO NOT BUY THE 2019 VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN AWD. Very disappointed. I bought a pre owned 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan. We were assured it was safe to drive by their mechanics and sales department. Each “Pre-Owned Vehicles goes through a 125-Point Vehicle Certification Inspection. During this Inspection we do a full assessment of the vehicles physical and mechanical conditions, along with reviewing the past maintenance to ensure required services are up to date.” My dad noticed something off about the steering, but management and mechanics assured us it was nothing to worry about, and to go to Volkswagen if we wanted anything else inspected. When I took it to the Volkswagen, they said the whole steering rack had to be replaced and that the car was in fact not safe to drive. This is an enormous safety hazard and I was sad to hear after being mislead to believe it was safe. UPDATE: after much hassle, they replaced a piece of the vehicle could “align the car.” Just to be sure, I got a THIRD opinion to find out the car STILL WAS NOT ALIGNED and the camber was so bad you can see it in pictures. Turns out, they not only replaced a part incorrectly, they lied on their alignment report. Additionally, I was cleaning the car and saw mass quantities of mold growing underneath the mats. I don’t know why the carpet was sopping wet under the mats but I could still smell it after cleaning it up.
