The work was done efficiently, professionally, and much faster than I expected. What stood out the most was how friendly and courteous the technician was throughout the entire process. It's rare to find a company that combines great customer service with quality work, but they absolutely delivered. I really can't say enough good stuff about Tire Lot! They were quick to responding to my request. We're able to get my tires installed SAME DAY! Customer service was impeccable. They kept me updated on their arrival. Once they got here, they were fast and professional. I was able to sit on my couch and watch TV while my tires were install right outside! Price was honestly VERY comparable to those BIG BOX stores so WHY NOT use a local small business and help support or community! Needless to say, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The service was very very good here. The owner was able to fit me in a tight schedule. He was able to quickly get the right tires, took pictures and sent them to me via text as a form of assurance. Then he was very quick to reach my house. While he was working, we vibed a little bit, exchanged ideas on some more work I needed done in the future to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. In-between all that, he was able to get the tires on and ready to go in a timely manner. I think he spent like 45 minutes maybe less to get them on. He was even able to create new business with someone else walking by while working on site. He's a cool dude, the work and transition were smooth, and the price was very exceptional. Most importantly, he was very honest about everything we covered. Will absolutely most definitely do business again. You can't go wrong here if you want great service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Carlos was amazing from the start (on the phone) till the end once my tires was on my vehicle. I call him with short notice and he was quick to make an ability for me. He is super knowledgeable and can guide you on whatever when it comes to tires. If you are not sure what tires you need or maybe want, ask Carlos. He was able to tell me the perfect fit and able to get tires at an amazing price. Carlos came to my house today to put new rims and tires on my truck and replaced & balanced the tires on my jeep.
