I took my vehicle here on Tuesday March 3rd because of a flashing engine light, after they did a diagnostics test I needed new spark plugs and the wires to be changed because of misfires etc. The manager Michael was very helpful and accommodating, in fact I stopped here weeks prior because I had issues with an alternator belt I did myself and he adjusted it quickly and said you are good to go & no worries about a fee. I promised him that I would bring my vehicle back because of the professionalism, and that's exactly what I did when I had these recent issues. The manager all the way to the mechanics there are top notch! I will recommend my friends and family to go here if they will ever need a legitimate mechanic shop for repairs.

I have rarely had such an easy, quick, and stress-free visit—at any car repair place (i.e., they're not all bad—some places just stress you out though). . The young lady at the reception desk—was beyond pleasant, super attentive, and very helpful. . The gentleman who did the repairs was very careful, efficient (e.g., I saw him check: ...EVERYTHING), quick and knowledgeable. . Of course, you have to modify your expectations based on how busy they are—but, it wasn't empty, and I was out of there with a brand new tire—pressure calibrated & aligned (e.g., tire pressure sensor reprogramming, etc...), in less than 30 minutes. . When you have to change a flat-tire, @ noon on the hottest day thus far—this year: ..and, you get there looking like you just walked there from the next county over—not impressed with life—and just OVER IT—and people treat you well, with courtesy, and good spirit... It registers.. It makes a difference.. . AND—it's appreciated..!!! . I believe the young ladies name is: Johnea Grey (Just call her Phoenix, like the X men..😉) -and the car technician: F. Celestine. I was at the right spot when my car gave out. Smoke coming from under the hood due to being overheated. Went inside to obtain some coolant spoke with Johnae and explained the issue. She was very polite and attentive. Her and a coworker pushed my car to a secure spot for it to cool down. After assessing the issue recommendation was made to resolve it. This young lady didn't stop until the best fit for my vehicle was found. When the part was found at another store, they had no driver to deliver. Johnae saw the panic on my face and she quickly advised me she would go get it herself or have a coworker do it. All i can say is I had the best experience at this facility hands down. My encounter was with 3 individuals, Johnae at the front desk, the young man who pushed the car and the mechanic (didn't get their names). I would definitely recommend using them whether for tires or total car care. I am a grateful and happy customer. Took a selfie while I waited
