Ocellos once again took care of me. I brought my vehicle in to check the AC and everything was great. They noticed my front brakes needed attention and took care of it immediately. I can rest assured my wife is safe driving around town. Exceptional customer service all the time every time. Thank you Danny and the crew.

View on GoogleDid not appreciate that they tried to overcharge me. $80 to replace a cabin filter I could do myself? Told me my battery was dead and needed to be replaced for my 2015 Honda civic and were charging me $262. Only for me to get my battery tested at not one, but THREE different locations and was confirmed my battery was perfect. Quoted me $1,700 to fix my car and I ended up paying $500 elsewhere. Never going back.
View on GoogleHave used Ocello’s multiple times for different issues with my 2012 Jeep Wrangler over the past several years, and have always been happy with the service. The mechanics are top notch, and the service writers couldn’t be more helpful. Mal is especially great to deal with, as is the owner, Rob. Recently I had a problem with an ABS sensor and a tire pressure sensor; both were replaced within a few hours, and at a reasonable cost. I also had an issue with damage to my side mirror, and Mal made sure that it was repaired. I have been to other, smaller, repair shops in the area, some of which have no business being in this business. I feel fortunate to have found Ocello’s, and recommend them highly.
View on GoogleI was a customer at Ocello's since the early 1990's. It used to be an excellent car repair business but its service has deteriorated substantially. Recently, I had the shop evaluate a vehicle I planned on purchasing. It's evaluation was greatly in error regarding the battery and refused to even acknowledge the error. It claimed to provide a warranty for its evaluation. It did not. I will never use Ocello's services again. I advise others to find another shop.
