José and his team gave me great service. They did an excellent job on my tires and brakes, and the prices were much more affordable compared to other shops. Super honest people and very professional. Recommended 100%.
View on GoogleI used to really like this shop, but recently it seems to have gone downhill. The guy at the front desk was always super nice, but the technicians they hired never seemed to do the job right. I took my car in for a tire rotation and alignment, they said they aligned it but they never did the alignment. I had to take the car back for them to do it and it still never really drove right. This and my family's other experiences with them that when things go wrong they also refuse to even just apologize, really just leaves a bad taste in my mouth and makes me not want to take my car to be serviced here anymore.
View on GoogleI brought in my 96 Jaguar same day, no appointment, and they installed a motor splash guard and a new tire to replace my blown out tire. Quick and friendly service and I was out by 1 hour and a half. I will he returning for future work.
View on GoogleI arrived at location with a nail in tire. It just needed to be plugged. After over an hour wait and seeing walk-in after walk-in customers serviced, handled, and leave. I inquired about my car yet to be pulled in. I was told that cars are assigned a person. My person had a very long job assigned to him. So the other technicians were taking in the new walk-ins while my car waited. My car did not need a specific person to handle this very basic problem. They never apologized or tried to make this right. So their system is very messed up. I was told that I did not understand their system. What i do understand is that a new walk-in should not receive service when my car has yet to be pulled in our serviced. Good luck if you go.
