Kory Taylor gave me incredible service. He was honest, friendly, and straight to the point. He told me exactly what I needed, didn’t try to upsell me or charge me for anything unnecessary, and had everything resolved in less than five minutes. The price was very affordable, the process was easy, and the customer service was honestly amazing. It felt like five-star Michelin restaurant service, but at a tire shop. Highly recommend Kory Taylor and A1 Tire Shop.

Spoke over the phone before showing up and let them know I was coming to get my tire patched. When I arrived I reminded them all I wanted was a patch, Malachi told me $85. Then the price changed to $25. When I agreed on $25 for the patch, the technician bored a hole through the tire and tried to plug the tire. I said I didn’t want a plug I wanted a patch so now he tells me is $85 for a used tire or $60 for the patch I initially asked for and would touch the car he already damaged and said the plug wouldn’t hold. I admit the tire was a little worn but could still hold a patch. But now that they did a terrible plug job, I was forced to pay the overpriced $60 to patch the tire. Don’t trust them, this is not the proper way to do business. Very scammy.

So glad I found this shop! Initially when I called, I had to leave a voicemail but they responded back within minutes…super RESPONSIVE! Marcus was so FRIENDLY and EFFICIENT with patching and reinstalling my tire. I was his first customer of the day (Saturday) and was there for no more than 30 minutes. He was HONEST about the issue and resolution with my tire and didn’t try to over dramatize the situation by getting me to buy a new tire. I will definitely be a returning customer and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tire shop to anyone searching for service that’s FRIENDLY, DEPENDABLE and AFFORDABLE. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
