Paid extra for four tires to be installed on my aftermarket wheels. They assured me that they have the proper tools and experience but will require a little more money for the install. Went ahead and had it done and I am completely unhappy with the job. Not only did they leave heavy scratches in all the wheels they were very rude when I spoke to them about it. They lead me on stating that they were going to help me but then the owner ignored my calls and text. Dont come here for any services!

I sent my wife in to get a tire pressure sensor replaced. I had spoken to Laurie who identifies herself as the owner in advance. The price of a placing one sensor is $75. No problem. I sent my wife in on March 4th and she encountered a gentleman who told her he could do all 4 tire sensors for $200. I called Laurie the owner to confirm this, which she did. They would do all four tires for $200. I sent my wife back on March 5 to do the work and the gentleman who quoted her the day before $200 is now telling her that it's $300 plus taxes and fees. She told him that he had just quoted her $200 the day before and he told her that was incorrect. She reluctantly paid the $333.84. I immediately contacted Laurie the owner who confirmed with me a second time, that the price is $200. Laurie told me she was out of the office and would be back in one hour to straighten this out and call me. That was a week ago. Never heard back. No one ever contacted me. Update March 19th 2026. Went to the repair shop in person and had them refund the difference.

I bought 4 brand new tires last September not even a year ago & one of them blew on me… I found out that it was dry rotten after further inspection! Extremely disappointed, I have shopped with them multiple times. I’m calling them to get an answer and they can’t even respond to me. Be careful with these people!
