I had a great experience with the service department at Sawgrass Ford. Rolando and Jonathon were both extremely professional and handled everything with care and respect. Even when I showed some frustration, they remained calm, patient, and focused on helping me resolve the issue. They took the time to listen, communicated clearly, and made sure I felt heard throughout the entire process. It’s not always easy dealing with car problems, but their professionalism really stood out and made a difference.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but the service we received at Ford truly deserves recognition. From beginning to end, the experience was outstanding, especially in the collision/repair department. Juan Colon provided exceptional customer service — professional, attentive, punctual, efficient, and incredibly detail-oriented. Before we even brought the car in, he made sure all parts were available so we wouldn’t waste time or incur unnecessary rental expenses waiting for parts to arrive. That level of organization and consideration is something I honestly have not experienced with other repair companies. The repair was completed in basically three days, exactly as promised. Communication was excellent throughout the process, with timely updates and genuine kindness that made a stressful situation much easier. The professionalism and efficiency of the entire team were truly impressive. The pricing was also very fair and reasonable. This was my first experience with Ford service, and I can confidently say that if I ever need repairs again — hopefully not anytime soon — I would absolutely return without hesitation. The vibe is hateful, dismissive, and deeply unprofessional. I regret giving them a single dollar—especially considering every extra dollar came with that 3% “welcome to our dictatorship” tax. Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. We bought a new car here, and it’s been nothing but a revolving door of recalls, recalls, and more recalls—and Ford still doesn’t have an actual fix for some of them!!! After 4 years of this the service department shrugs like this is totally normal. On top of the constant mechanical headaches, they pulled a stunt I haven’t seen besides in corner store bodegas: they charged me 3% to use a credit card—on a major dealership purchase. In 2025. It’s comedy if it weren’t so insulting. And customer service? Nonexistent. The whole place operates like they’re being forced to interact with the public against their will. The attitude in that building is so sour it practically peels paint. There’s also an unmistakable undercurrent of casual homophobia—the kind where you don’t have to be told anything directly; you just feel it the minute you walk in and see how they treat anyone who doesn’t fit their little bubble. Save yourself the stress and the moral friction. Go literally anywhere else! UPDATE Nov 19: After answering a call from the “owner”David Menten, I was treated like my concerns were imaginary, berated over the phone, and told my car might not be there if I didn’t pick it up immediately — all while the same warning light I reported came back less than an hour later. No service advisor. No inspection. No solution — just bluster and passive-aggressive threats. Sawgrass Ford runs on a simple playbook: deny problems, gaslight the customer, and hope you give up. Pre-recorded messages devoid of thanks or acknowledgment of your loyalty do nothing to disguise David’s underlying contempt. If you value honesty, respect, and a dealership that actually fixes cars under warranty, stay far away. Sawgrass Ford proves that nepotism and entitlement will always trump competence and integrity.

Absolutely awesome service from these guys. Adam took care of my appointment covering everything in detail. Daniel my technician worked on my vehicle with precision and attention to detail. These guys got me in and out in no time on a Saturday. I was very pleased with my visit, thank you for great experience!
