If I could give this place a one star I would. Five months. It took these people five months to work on my truck. If you are planning to come here for work done and this “it’s ford, they are the best!” DON’T! I choose this shop from my insurance. I took it and the people were very nice in the beginning. A part was not correct so they asked me to come back later to finish it. Took a couple weeks but I went back when the part was there. They kept my truck there for about 2-3 days and then told me the part wasn’t the right size and that they were going to order a new one. When I say WEEKS went by with absolutely no communication I mean weeks. I had to call for updates. (Let me give a shout out to Monique who always had someone else call in her behalf and was “never in her office”) They understood I was getting upset and I felt like they were being so sarcastic to me when answering my questions. Finally made an appointment and it was “done” 5 months later. Here’s the problem. The part they fixed was my grill. The first time they fixed it I said hey the lights aren’t working on it when it’s replaced can you make sure they are working? Guess what’s not working again? The lights. I have stains on my truck from them circling dings in my paint. The wiring is all screwed up. Now to top it all off… when they replaced the grill with the new grill, they just unplugged the old and plugged the new one right in. No taking everything out and putting it back to make sure the grill works. And they left the parts right there under my hood. I opened it up a week later to put water in for my wipers and what you see in the picture is EXACTLY where these people left my parts. I drive from Miami to Davie every day how is that safe???? Completely unprofessional people. They don’t communicate. They don’t care to work correctly. They throw you to the side. Awful place to get work done.

I picked this place since I own a Mustang after my accident. Stacie conaway was great help and very sweet. Juan colon and his crew took care of my repairs, this guy is an absolute chad! He even got my aftermarket grille back from Steeda. My car was cleaned up nice and treated with respect. I definitely recommend this place if you're still on the fence. 5/5 great work guys !!

Very professional staff, very knowledgeable and available on Saturday for convenience. Rent a car center on-site made things alot easier as well. They took care of each detail with little need for us to do any legwork, especially good for us since the at-fault's insurance was fixing our truck. We didn't have to deal much with someone elses insurance. They were done within a week. So far the repair work looks great, matched paint perfectly and new OEM replacement parts were used.

First off, I have been to many body shops over the years going back to late 1970's in Miami and Broward counties for many different types of cars from Mercedes Benz, Datsun 280ZX Turbo, Audi and Hondas. I just picked up my 2018 Tesla from Sawgrass Collision center today and it looks amazing. It's a red car and it's a little over 2 years old. Some body shops would have a hard time matching a color like red and especially on a 2 year old car as the paint applied to fix is new but the car is two years old. Not in this case. I went to Sawgrass Ford Collision center as they are a recommended body shop from Tesla. It made me feel comfortable seeing at least a dozen Tesla cars/SUV's there getting work done when I brought my car in. It made me feel like they work on Tesla often so they are familiar with the cars. When I first went there to get an estimate from Joel, I felt like he was very experienced in his field and knew a LOT about the auto body shop repair business. His experience and the fact that they are recommended from Tesla made me feel like I was at the right place. Second, their prices were. not crazy high like some other body shops I have been to. I used to take our cars to Lexus of Pembroke Pines body shop and they do excellent work as well but the last few times I went there the prices were sky high. The day I brought my Tesla in (yesterday) I received a call from Joel to let me know they had started on my car and he kept me in the loop about my cars progress. The ONLY negative thing I can say doesn't relate to the body shop but rather to the Enterprise Rent a Car shop on their premises. I walked over to their office after leaving my car early in the morning expecting to rent a car for a day or two. They asked if I had a reservation. I didn't but figured if I'm getting my car fixed at their body shop they should have a rental car for me. They didn't. I had to Uber 27 miles to my office in Miami and I wound up renting a car elsewhere later that day. I would highly recommend Sawgrass Collision Center for any type of car (Mercedes, BMW, Tesla and others). Their attention to details and the excellent communication and knowledge or my advisor Joel Maiz is why I'd recommend them so highly. Thanks again for a job well done (my first time there but hopefully I won't have to come back again soon...but if I do need body repair I wouldn't hesitate to take our cars to them).

Do not let them work on your Tesla. After having some work done here on my Tesla model Y the car’s sensors were malfunctioning pulling me into other lanes creating a dangerous situation. I had to pullover and turn off all driving assistance before calling Tesla to recalibrate the sensors. Also, my car now pulls to the right and the shop failed to replace damaged trim. Clearly this repair center is not equipped or prepared to repair teslas.
