I came in for an oil change and I was very impressed with the timeliness of their service. I called ahead to make an appointment, the business is clean , the shop is clean, the men were working and everyone was extremely nice. I received excellent service for the price I was quoted and also was offered a first customer discount. Even with being from out of town I plan to come back here for my service needs. Thank you so much for your help and taking care of my baby. I called around to 2 different shops and this was the only shop in the area that could take care of me because of my car type.

Beware of this shop. I brought my 2019 Ram 1500 in for a single issue — a cylinder 2 misfire (one engine light/code). They kept my truck for 11 days, and every time I called for an update, I was told by Anthony that they were still “checking for the root problem.” Don't believe him. I trusted their diagnosis and approved the repairs they recommended, including replacing all ignition coils and spark plugs, along with additional labor and diagnostic fees. I was also told they needed Mopar parts, which I agreed to. In total, I paid around $800 (including about $190 for diagnostics and labor) expecting the issue to be resolved. After nearly two weeks, the problem was not fixed at all. What’s worse, I brought my truck in with one engine code, and it was returned to me with three engine codes. The vehicle was clearly in worse condition than when I dropped it off, which is completely unacceptable. This experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and costly, with no real diagnosis or resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.

From the very first moment, they were professional, honest, and clear in explaining the problem with my vehicle. The work was quick and of high quality, and the prices were fair. It's clear they care about their customers and do their work responsibly. I definitely recommend them 100%.

Once again Broward Auto came through. It's been about 4 years since I've been here. Had some issues with the front end and for a small fee they did a total inspection to show what was needed and what I can deal with at a later date. For what I had repaired the price was decent. Didn't break the bank. I get what you paid for, and these guys are worth it. I'll be going back for the other items on the "need to" list for sure. Thanks again. Texas
