This was my first time coming here. It was 7 mins from my house. The skid plate was dragging and I come in and they were super nice and knowledgeable and didnt try to tack on a million other things to fix on your car unfortunately most places I have been too does that especially to women. They just fixed what I came in for. Prices are extremely reasonable. I was out of there quickly. And I will definitely be back. Thanks so much.

This automobile service shop is excellent. My Honda Fit, with over 150,000 miles, has been serviced here many times, and they have always been honest, fair, and transparent with their pricing. They treat everyone equally and work on a first-come, first-served basis—which may seem inconvenient to some, but if you arrive early when they open, you’ll be more than happy with the service. My most recent visit was on a Monday holiday, and they were open and genuinely happy to help me. During that visit, I went in expecting to replace just my brakes, but they were so attentive that they called to let me know I also needed new tires. They had two tires in stock and quickly ordered a third one. Even with all of that, they completed the work the same day. As a woman, I know many auto shops take advantage of customers, but this place absolutely does not. On the contrary, they explain everything clearly, are attentive to your needs, and make sure you understand the work being done. Outstanding service and excellent staff. I will definitely continue bringing my car here and have already recommended them to many people. Hands down, the best car repair shop I’ve ever visited in South Florida.

I had a great experience at Bob’s Auto Mechanic Shop. I brought in my 2019 Ford Ranger for an oil change and a recommended transmission flush. Brandon was the go to technician for the job and he explained that it might help with the stutter I was starting to notice at slow cruising speeds. I decided to go ahead with it — and I’m glad I did. The flush completely fixed the issue! The truck is running smooth again, and I really appreciate that he took the time to properly diagnose and suggest the right service instead of just doing the basic oil change. Honest, knowledgeable, and professional. You can tell it’s a great family-owned company that cares about their customers. Would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

I have a 2014 Mazda 3 Sport with 111,000 miles on it and I was warned by the dealer 40,000 miles ago that my entire front suspension was shot. I drive for my full time job 500 Miles per week and my side hustle with Uber on weekends. The ride was miserable. Clunking and rattles and hitting every crack in the road like a pothole. I don’t have excess money To pay for a whole front end suspension as the mechanics quoted that I saw $4,000 a $5,000. My neighbors on Facebook referred me to this shop Bob’s Automotive. I dealt with Mike a straight shooter and he even took pictures of how shot my struts and parts in the front in. He also said I needed rear brake pads and rotors. I went for it. Mike keeps you posted all during the repair with updates. They were able to everything the first Saturday but the control arms and Alignment. So I brought it back the next week to finish the job but before they did that, the first week after their repair the Mazda was driving better than it did when it was brand new!!! And price wise I can tell you parts labor taxes pit the door was about 1/2 what the lower quotes I received. This is great to have reliable honest repair shop in sunrise 6 minutes from my apartment and a place that I will bring all my cars to and refer all my neighbors to as well Trust what they say trust the pricing is fair. And the work is Done and your parts and labor are guaranteed for a period of time. I will use this shop for any future repairs this Mazda 3 needs. No questions asked. And the open for Saturday morning 7am-12 noon

I had the best experience! I was referred here by friends when my car started making a weird noise. I came in and they did a thorough inspection and said it was a minor part that won’t need to be replaced for a while. I was relieved and I will be back when the part does need to be repaired!
