Took my 2016 F150 6R80, that was a poorly built reman from Ford, to Jose. Told him the tranny blew up on me after 30k miles. Jose told me not to worry about it that it'll be back on the road running like new in no time. He told me 10 business days he'll call me back. Got a call on day 2, he showed me pictures of the blown planetary gears. He's never seen a planetary fail so bad to he point he had to bang the gears out. Day 8 the truck was supposed to be ready but he found that the new valve body Ford sent him was defective from factory. Waited another day, he called me back, truck was ready, drove it home, and had a shutter while driving on the highway. Took the truck back and found a faulty torque converter from the factory. He replaced it at no charge and I have never felt the truck change gears so smooth, ever.... Jose is straight forward, honest and backs his tranny work with a 3 year Unlimited milage warranty. He's earned my business.

Never have I ever met such knowledgeable guys in a shop. Jose and his team did and amazing job on my transmission, to the point where its better than factory. Saved my truck jose and im super greatful! Listen to them they know what they are doing 110% he even pointed out another slight issue so I could get it fixed before it was a bigger problem. View on GoogleI am a contractor and my van is my lively hood. When my transmission failed no idea what to do. There was nobody I trusted. I had no mechanic. I found Jose and his shop of 9 years through these reviews and that is why I am writing this. Jose is an excellent mechanic above that an honest and good man. I was renting a truck while mine was in the shop(costly). This man had me back in my truck in a week as he said he would do everything he could to accomplish that. Even though he needed to get additional parts that went beyond a basic rebuild. He’s 30 miles from my house and well worth the trip. If you need a mechanic Jose and his team are where you need to go. He’s good, respectful, and above all HONEST. This is the only shop that will work on any vehicle that I own. He will always answer or return your calls and keep you posted on the work. Oh and you will NOT find extra bolts in your cup holder when you get your vehicle back. I usually don’t write reviews but I felt I had to in this case.
