5 stars all the way. This shop has been super patient and helpful with me from the start. They took the time to actually look into my car without even charging me for a diagnosis and only charging me to fix the issue they really do take care of there customers. You don’t really see that kind of honesty and care anymore. They go out of their way for their customers and make sure things are done right and to make sure you get back on the road asap. I really appreciate how they treated me and I’ll definitely be coming back For any issues on my gti even for a blown engine bc they allow your car to be storaged at the shop SAVED A BUNCH avoiding towing fees also sorry for marking your property from my oil leak😅

Junior and his team are honest and kind hearted. He helped my family out and I will be forever grateful for his kindness. This is my story. My family drove from Toronto, Canada last week to vacation at Disney. The engine light turned on when we got here. We decided to take the Autotrain back north after our vacation just in case. Well, we didn’t make it that far. We got to the train station and the van wouldn’t start. We were right in the loading lanes and employees couldn’t start it and said we cannot go onto the train without a vehicle. The train left. We were stuck. We called a tow truck to take us to a local mechanic shop that I found on google. I called Junior and he said to bring it in. By the time the tow truck came and brought the van to Junior it was 5:35pm. The shop closes at 6pm (Saturday). They looked at the van and said it’s the starter and he can have it fixed on Monday. I explained that I have to get back to Canada immediately because I have to work on Monday. He made a call for the part. It was delivered within five minutes. They fixed it within ten minutes. We were out by 6pm. I cannot believe how fast the service was! Then when I went to pay the charge was reasonable. I was shocked. Junior did not over charge me even though he knew my family was desperate and needed the repair. I thanked him and he said he just wants my family to be able to get home safely. What a honest and good hearted person! The world needs more people like him. Thank you Junior and your team. We made it back to Canada by Sunday afternoon thanks to your team!

I went to a "trusted" mechanic because I had a screw in my tire and was told that it couldn't be repaired, then was told I would have to get a brand new set for $1200.00! On a recommendation, I called A-1 and was told to bring it in as soon as I could. I expected to buy 2 used tires, but once they looked at it, they told me it could be repaired. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful and I was in and out of there in less than an hour, without an appointment, and for less than $27.00! I highly recommend checking out A-1. I will absolutely be back.
