There simply aren’t enough stars to rate these people! I pulled in - in a PANIC! They ran to Help me! My Radiator was broken- I was in tears! I had some where to be. Christian offered me a free ride and leave my car to fix He would call me with the estimate. Kept my car 6days NO charge! I offered him 6 ways from Sunday to pay him. So very nice, in fact the entire staff was so nice and helpful! I could not have broken down in a better place! He mailed me everything I needed and my thoughts were why can’t EVERY body be like this? So nice so helpful so understanding - Like it used to be! I can Not THANK all the people at Tire Kingdom enough for all they did for me! Such Personal service deserves to be shared and appreciated! Small town Business and Personal Touch Service! Outstanding 🤩

First, an accident happened around 12 am when I had a flat tire. I called a tow service and they directed me to this place. I am so glad that I ended up there! I called them in the morning and the employee who picked up the phone was very understanding and caring. He assured me that the work would be done fast and efficiently. When I came back in an hour, everything was taken care of. His name was Jamie. He definitely knows how to make a customer happy and how to provide high-quality service. Highly recommend this place!
View on GoogleEDIT: drove one hour away from the tire shop and there was a leak from one of the valve stems, we put air in it and drove another hour, it was still leaking. Went to an auto repair shop and they said we had been charged $60 for replacement of these valve stems and they hadn’t been touched, and one of them had been ripped. There wasn’t an issue before. They also overtorqued one of the studs. We couldn’t make it home to VA, and had to stay in a hotel. Where there were half a dozen car robberies. We are now at another Mavis tire. Extremely disappointed in the service after I was so impressed with the kindness. Would not recommend unless you check all of the work in depth.
View on GoogleI came in for oil change the other day. It was my first time there and i will definitely be back! The waiting area and bathroom was very clean. Christian was a huge help. He was very friendly and made the whole process easy and welcoming start to finish. The service was pretty quick as well. 10/10 recommend.
View on GoogleTito was extremely helpful. I had been to 3 different tire repair locations all of them told me I would be waiting for several hours. Mr. Tito listened to what I needed and jumped right into action to assist me. If I ever need anything in the future for my vehicles I’ll definitely come back to this location.
