Absolutely stunned by the workmanship here. I had a side swipe on my RAV4 and they took care of me like a VIP customer. All labor and no parts needed. Paint and body work looks perfect. I wouldn't take it anywhere else. I drove all the way from Clermont , past downtown Orlando all the way to Sanford Florida to make sure my car got done here at Seminole Toyota Collision. Nice, friendly, but my vehicle was not ready when I arrived. I worked with the manager, Ed and he made everything right for me and beyond the second visit. Would be 5 stars if not for the issues in the initial pick up. Overall very pleased with the experience and greatful to be a customer.

Even though Bristol West is not an in-network insurance provider for Seminole Toyota Collision, they still accepted the claim and fought for what was right. I drive a 2025 vehicle, so OEM parts were a non-negotiable for me. Anthony Jr. made sure that happened. He provided proper manufacturer documentation to the adjuster and successfully negotiated not only for genuine OEM parts, but also for fair labor rates that reflect the high-quality standards of the shop.
