Seminole County Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Service Department

Great dealership. Chris in sales was great. Kurt in the service department was also very kind and took the time to listen to my concerns. I will continue to do business with Seminole County CDJR as long as I reside in Florida. Kelly was my advisor on most recent visit for an oil change and tire rotation. She was very helpful and patient. I will continue coming back to Seminole Co Jeep.!!!!

Service department at this dealership is less than adequate in diagnosing vehicle problems. They are rude and disrespectful to female clients and treat them as if they have no idea what they’re doing with their vehicles. I took my 2012 Dodge ram 2500 truck in tfor a leak around the Master Cylinder. They Returned the truck to me. The truck had less than adequate stopping ability and it was still leaking break fluid. I was told that the truck was not leaking and there was no problem according to their Technician. After I picked it up later that day the truck was towed back to the shop because of the leaking brake fluid that I originally brought it into the shop to repair. The first repair cost me $1200+. On return from the tow truck now all of a sudden the Hydro boost behind the master cylinder is leaking and that’s a $1400 repair. The Hydro boost was the problem the whole time the master cylinder was not leaking. I have that proof in the diagnostic video they sent me prior to making the first repair which I questioned them about. Please don’t take your vehicles to this dealership. They have a bait and switch tactic on repairs or They don’t have properly trained technicians to be able to diagnose vehicle repairs correctly. Fact is, I only needed a Hydro boost, not a master cylinder, but I got to pay for a part that I didn’t need because of their lack of training and diagnosing vehicles. They also put a big scratch in the hood and when tried to tell me that it was not there when I dropped it off and asked to see the photos that they took when the vehicle was dropped off. they have yet to show me those photos to prove that the scratch was not there. Please find another dealership to take your vehicle to this one is rude disrespectful, and has a service department That needs a major revamp in technicians and staff. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Please read review before planning to visit this dealership.

The dealership service is excellent. OEM parts and fast service. The only thing I would have liked to have seen is for the labor price per hour to drop a little bit. It is a little steep. The service manager Kurt did everything he could to lower my price a little bit and I was very happy for that. He was the consummate professional and made my visit a happier one than it would have been.

I would recommend 100% this dealer. Christopher Dimitrakakis and Mishkah Mohammad made this process smooth and a fairly price. They didn't know but I was going trough difficult times looking for cars and they made my day easier and happier. Thank you and God bless you.
