I recently brought my Corvette to Samuel’s to repair bumper collision damage after an accident caused by another driver. From start to finish, my experience was excellent. Brittany, the shop manager, was fantastic to work with. Her communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, which made everything much easier to navigate. She kept me updated on the progress and was always available to answer questions. The shop did a great job coordinating with the at-fault driver’s insurance company and the adjuster, taking care of all the paperwork on my behalf. The repair itself was well executed – the damaged bumper was fully replaced with a brand-new part, and the paint match is so perfect that it looks like the accident never happened. In addition to the bumper repair, I had a couple other items addressed and they were able to take care of everything at the same time with no added hassle. The pricing was fair and the turnaround time was reasonable. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the work done and the customer service I received at Samuel’s Auto Corp. Samuel’s Auto Corp did an awesome job on my car. They installed a carbon fiber rear diffuser with perfect fitment, clean, secure, and factory-looking. They also did a custom paint job on my interior air-vent guards in red, and the vents especially came out incredible: it looks flawless. Communication was clear, the workmanship shows real attention to detail, and the car came back spotless. Big shoutout to Cliff, super helpful and the person I worked with throughout. Highly recommend!
