So first of all all 10 out of 10 experience. I got my first electric vehicle and knew nothing really about it initially. Then I got into the realm of chargers and issues and Became very aware of the world of electric vehicles. I heard about them from my business partner who had a BMW i3 he took to them, And when I got one, I took it to them as well. Unfortunately, I didn’t take it to them initially. I took it to a general mechanic, and the mechanic ended up, wiping the codes off of the vehicle. I was surprised why it took so long until I heard that they didn’t have any codes to work with. It made total sense They had to Diagnose it blind. Isaiah At the desk worked with me on giving me updates the best of his ability, And the EV specialist Mike was super honest with me about everything I had to ask about it, And was able to fix the range issue I was having on it even without having the codes he needed. You’re not going to get super fast service. Why? He is a specialist and he is an expert at EVs so he consults at multiple different shops. Even so, they say you can’t have all three: Speed, affordability, and quality product. I feel like Paris automotive gets the closest you can get to all three. Again 10 out of 10 recommend.

These guys are the best ! I have a 2005 Cadillac DeVille and was quoted $2500.00 to replace my oil pan gaskets by two different shops. Paris said I didn't need to do that. They said valve cover gaskets and I needed to replace the engine mounts. I now have no leaks and my car no longer must be put in neutral at every stop. Runs and drives better than it ever has. They completed the work in the time they quoted. I'll be taking my caddy to them from now on. Great job !
