The building isn’t the best, but everything else about Jr’s Auto Air more than makes up for it. I’ve only had a couple of repairs done here and each one was done to my complete satisfaction. I was told when I dropped my vehicle off that I would be contacted as soon as my vehicle had been diagnosed and let me know what was wrong with it and how much it would cost to fix it. I was also given cost options, just in case I wanted to go a cheaper route. I got my vehicle back both times in a reasonable amount of time considering how busy they were. It was a pleasure doing business with Jr’s Auto Air.

In a word….Awful. They left me hanging for six weeks, telling me the part was on order when it never was. The one small thing they did fix broke a month later. Terrible terrible customer service. If you want your car fixed go somewhere else.
