It's terrible I had a reliable tire shop until these people took it over. Had to pay someone else to fixed the tires they put on. The young spanish guy was such in a rush, he didn't put it on right. 1 star cuz there is no 0 stars. I miss Harold's Tire Shop I was a 7 year customer, it's unfortunate. And don't reply like you guys care either. Because the guy even lied and put my tires in the back when they were supposed to be put in the front. So now I'm dealing with that too. No apologies or explanations necessary Because it doesn't mean anything to me. I rather had paid someone else then to go back there.

I’m not sure what that other guy is talking about I literally just came here, and their hours are clearly posted as 8 to 5. It’s on the sign by the door and matches what’s listed online. Sounds like he showed up after closing and got upset when they weren’t open, but that’s on him, not the shop. Businesses have every right to close at their scheduled time, and from what I saw, nothing seemed off or disorganized. Maybe he misunderstood what someone said on the phone, but it doesn’t mean they don’t know their own hours. Just saying let’s be fair before throwing shade.
