The team provided quality customer service and explained everything that they were going to do to get my vehicle up and running again, and then they offered me a rental for the time it took to do the work which was very appreciated. While I was out they sent me photos and videos of the work being done, that’s when I knew I made the right choice. I highly recommend Flex Motorsport for anyone needing a repair in Sanford/Orlando.
View on GoogleInitially I gave them a perfect score . However , after less then a week the same light came back on . They said it was another transmission issue . Toyota Corollas don’t get transmission issues . Very rarely . I had a second mechanic test it , they were able to scan it get codes to pop up too . However , they showed me you can clearly see the motor and transmission rock and set the code off . I called them back ahd advised them because the second mechanic , said the mounts just don’t go , they had been going and he had tested transmission, it’s working good. They said when they had there was no mount issue . There is no way because it shakes badly . Also no transmission issues . They only offered a partial refund . They should do a full refund . Their repair wasn’t necessary. Not at all.
View on GoogleWe had our water pump replaced here. He quoted me a price and it stayed at that price. He also replaced our battery terminal and fixed our windshield sprayer. They also did a whole oil change. they truly went above and beyond!! They have gained a new customer and we would would strongly advise anyone to come to them.
