I decided to find somewhere closer then my regular place to get my oil changed since I was overdue. I watched Christian and another employee explain to a customer in the waiting room what they found on their car during the inspection. I really like the way they interacted with the gentleman. When my car was finished Kristen told me everything looked really good except there was some things I needed like one of the tires was low on tread and my brakes were bad which I was surprised hadn't been noticed before. And a couple regular maintenance things needed to be done. My husband went up the next day and spoke to Christian and scheduled what needed to be done. They seem to have a honest upfront attitude. After the work was done my car seemed 100% better and I'm glad I used Fastlane Automotive. I have already recommended them to my friends and family.

1st time customer. I was looking to get my Sienna's AC freon recharged. Online scheduling very easy to book. Came in 9:30am and left 10:45am (typical wait time for entire process). Christian (front end) was an amazing service advisor. Great communication and honored their online AC promo. Adam (technician) did a great job servicing and explaining the process. My AC is ready for summer. Great wait lounge also, coffee and snacks provided for customers! Very clean shop, waiting area, and overall process was easy! Knowledgeable and friendly technicians chatted with me too. Highly recommend for your vehicle service needs!

I recently moved to the Sanford area and was a little nervous about finding a good shop for my BMW. I had checked out a couple of other places, but they seemed more expensive and I wasn't completely sold on them. I've been to Fast Lane Automotive twice now and have had a great experience both times. They've done an oil and filter change, a brake fluid service, and helped with a coolant top-off. Everything was handled professionally, and they made sure all of the BMW service reminders and maintenance items were properly reset afterward. Christian was the main person I dealt with, and he was always friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. He took the time to answer my questions and never made me feel pressured into anything. It's also nice not having to make the trip to the BMW dealership, where I know I would be paying quite a bit more for the same maintenance. Overall, I've been really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Fast Lane Automotive to anyone looking for an honest and reliable shop in the Sanford area.

I had a good experience at Fast Lane Automotive on 17-92 in Sanford, Fla. I went in to have my brake pads and rotors replaced, and the service was excellent. Christian, the manager, was very kind and attentive. He made sure I was comfortable while I waited and took the time to give me recommendations on what I can do in the future to keep my car in good condition.
