Usually don’t do this, but went in the other day 5/26 to get my tires swapped to other rims. 1 guy was doing swapping the tires and 1 younger guy was putting them back in car. Everything was going good until it was time to go, I heard a noise in my car and I asked one of the guys to help me out and to figure out what was the noise. He came at me with an attitude that he only took off and put on the tires and didn’t do anything else and told me to take it to a mechanic. Didn’t try to help or lift up the car to try to figure it out. But mind you my car was doing perfectly fine before. Once I left the noise got louder and I couldn’t go over 45 because it would shake like crazy. I stopped by another tire shop on the same road to get a second opinion just to figure out ALL MY LUG NUTS WERE LOOSE. None of them were tighten; and didn’t even Balance properly. I went back, to let them know the issue, and guy there didn’t even offer to help or give some type of partial refund. I think it’s just unprofessional, 1. Not trying to help Out 2. Like I told him if I know something’s wrong with my car I wouldn’t blame him for it, it’s a tire a shop. 3. This could’ve put anyone in danger not just myself. THIS COMPANY IS FALSE ADVERTISING! I came up to this shop yesterday. I inquired about the $10 used tire and wanted to potentially get them. An Individual with Blond highlights said “we don’t have $10 tires, it’s been like this for 20 years”. I then explained the sign to him. The guy then says “the signs says starting at $10. I don’t know what kind of scheme this was but it’s unprofessional and definitely deceiving.

Had a tire patched this past Monday 6/17/24 and the very next day the same tire came completely off the car. Thank God I was not injured. This cost me approximately $700 dollars in repairs. What a shame. I will be praying to my father in heaven about this. Update: so they replied and said they seen the video and the tech tightened the lugs down. So what’s the explanation of what happened?? Am I just making it up??? I loosened the lugs myself just to write a bad review??? What’s the point of even replying???? It’s the same tire a day later. You don’t have to admit fault. I knew you would not. I got it fixed. It’s funny how 2 months ago someone had work done and they complained of loose lug nuts after the work was done. They didn’t have that on camera. This place is a fraud and should be put out of business. The review will cost you more than it cost me. Have a great life.

Let it be known I always use Empire Tire. I just got 4 new tires put on the 27th (spent around $600) and today i go outside and my tire is flat. when we took it off there was a slit/cut on in the inside of the tire. my husband took it back and they wouldnt honor our warranty and its only been 2days. I work from home so i barely drive my car. They didnt even try to work with us and we ended up having to pay for the tire. Just frustrating I can see if a week went by but its only been 2 days since they were put on. This is my last time going there..

Love this place! Everyone who works here is so friendly and polite. They have a 30 day policy for their tires. After a week of getting a tire from them I had an issue. They remembered me and instantly helped me out. I will continue to come here for all my tire needs.
