Was recommended to go to Tires Plus in Pompano Beach Florida by a co-worker/friend and her husband as they have been going for years whenever they need new tires. I had a nail close to the sidewall in my drivers side rear tire that had to be replaced. My other 3 tires were also checked and one was starting to dry rot and I ended up replacing all 4 tires. The service tech also did a brake inspection and my brakes are good for probably another 6-8 months ( Thank goodness) and my car battery ( purchased in Oct 2023) was needing to be replaced also as per their battery reader that indicated such. A few other things need replaced as well like a/c filter and cabin filter, but do to cost I waited for now . Alex was the front desk person that helped me when I arrived. He was couteous, very helpful and answered All my questions and then some… He was patient and explained Everything about my car service the warranties etc… I was alo told about theCare plus m/c and benefits to having it. I applied and was of course approved. Gave me peace of mind for future repairs as well. Got 4 Firestone tires at a buy 3 get one free and a few other discounts and a reasonable cost for 4 tires snd a car battery with roadside assistance/ tire replacement. Alex did a Great job helping me out with explaining everything and even wrote it all out in english on my receipt for me to refer back to. We had good conversation as well while my car was being worked on. The lobby was clean and a big screen tv with a movie playing while I waited. I felt comfortable and at ease thanks to Alex and his kindness and believe I got a good deal for what I needed for my 2017 VW Passat with just over 49,000 miles. I will pay off my credit card balance in the 6 mo time frame and will be back for filters , oil change, and brakes at my next visit. Highly recommend Tires Plus in Pompano Beach, Fl . If you go, ask for Alex he will do a great job helping you out explaining everything so you understand it all, and for me being a single older woman with no car knowledge for this kind of thing I greatly appreciated his help. Go here and give them a shot. I wasbin and out in a very reasonable time frame too.. and it was much more affordable then going to the car dealership. Thank You Alex!

Came to Giant Tires for the first time because one of my tires kept leaking air and I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. They got me in quickly, found the issue, and had it fixed within minutes. Everyone was friendly, professional, and honest. On top of that, they didn’t even charge me for the repair. Definitely earned a new customer — highly recommend!
