Allstar Autoworks Towing Service – Trevor is an Excellent Professional On the morning of June 17, I discovered that my car key would not go into the ignition at all. Just a few days earlier, my vehicle had undergone an anti-theft protection recall service at the dealership, so I needed to have it towed back for inspection. After calling AAA, I was referred to Allstar Autoworks, and I am extremely grateful for their assistance. The experience began with a representative from Allstar Autoworks who called me promptly. She was courteous and very patient. She carefully explained several troubleshooting steps, including how to gently move the steering wheel and how to take photos of the vehicle inside my garage to help assess the situation. The tow truck driver, Trevor, was professional, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Before towing the vehicle, he took the time to thoroughly inspect the problem and patiently tried to resolve the issue with the blocked ignition. He also checked the car battery and key fob. His dedication and patience were truly impressive. In the end, Trevor safely and efficiently towed my vehicle from my garage to the dealership. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. We are truly grateful for the care, patience, and support that were shown to us throughout the process. Best tow experience I’ve ever had! My service guy was Trevor, and he was beyond knowledgeable about vehicles. He took the time to explain things to me in a way that was helpful and respectful, which I truly appreciated as a woman who doesn’t always know the ins and outs of car issues. From start to finish, his professionalism stood out. When we got to Infiniti, Trevor even spoke directly with my service advisor and made sure they understood everything that needed attention with my vehicle. That level of care and communication meant a lot to me. Great customer service, great attitude, and overall just an excellent experience during a stressful situation.
